Our Environmental Team Leaders are experienced and passionate individuals who lead on-ground teams in delivering a wide range of environmental management services across the Perth Metropolitan Region and other areas of Western Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes weed control (including herbicide application), revegetation, erosion control, fire fuel load reduction, and other conservation works.
Team Leaders are responsible for mentoring and guiding field staff, ensuring high-quality project outcomes, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams. This is a 100% field-based position with no option to work from home. Strong leadership, plant identification skills, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
Our Environmental Field Technicians are part of a large and diverse on-ground field team that primarily deliver on ground environmental management including; weed control (including herbicide use), revegetation, erosion control, fire fuel load reduction to clients throughout the Perth Metropolitan Region, as well as other regional areas throughout Western Australia. For team members with the right work ethic, qualifications and licences, career progression options are available to lead conservation projects and manage teams. There is no option to work from home in this 100% field based position.
The Native Plant Horticulturist role is varied and includes all aspects of native plant production from propagation, production, maintenance and dispatch. The role requires sound botanical knowledge and a passion for WA native plants. Horticulturalists must be reliable team players, well organised, self-motivated, outcome orientated and professional with all aspects of their work. The general day-to-day tasks in the nursery vary on a seasonal basis and horticulturalists must be flexible and adaptable to work in this environment.
