Environmental Field Technician

Our Environmental Field Technicians are part of a large and diverse on-ground field team that primarily deliver on ground environmental management including; weed control (including herbicide use), revegetation, erosion control, fire fuel load reduction to clients throughout the Perth Metropolitan Region, as well as other regional areas throughout Western Australia. For team members with the right work ethic, qualifications and licences, career progression options are available to lead conservation projects and manage teams. There is no option to work from home in this 100% field based position.

Principal Environmental Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Consultant to lead our Perth‑based environmental consulting team. This senior leadership role is suited to a highly capable and strategically minded environmental professional with extensive experience in complex environmental project delivery, a strong leadership capability and deep knowledge of Western Australian environmental legislation and regulatory processes.

As the Principal Environmental Consultant, you will oversee multiple consulting projects, guide and mentor the Consulting team, and provide high‑level technical, strategic, and operational leadership. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for ensuring high‑quality, commercially sound project outcomes across the Consulting Business Unit.

Senior Environmental Consultant

Natural Area Consulting Management Services is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Perth-based environmental consulting team. This is a leadership role for a highly organised and technically capable environmental professional with strong knowledge of Western Australian flora, fauna, and regulatory frameworks.

You will play a key role in delivering complex environmental projects across Western Australia, while mentoring and developing graduate and junior consultants. The position involves a balance of office-based work in Malaga and fieldwork across metropolitan and regional WA.

Business Integration & Contracts Coordinator

Are you passionate about environmental management and ready to take your career to the next level? Natural Area Holdings is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Business Integration & Contracts Coordinator to join our Business Integration and Contracts Team based out of our office in Whiteman Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading environmental services provider and contribute to meaningful projects across Western Australia. This role is available to recent graduates or those with previous experience in a similar role.

Native Plant Horticulturist

The Native Plant Horticulturist role is varied and includes all aspects of native plant production from propagation, production, maintenance and dispatch. The role requires sound botanical knowledge and a passion for WA native plants. Horticulturalists must be reliable team players, well organised, self-motivated, outcome orientated and professional with all aspects of their work. The general day-to-day tasks in the nursery vary on a seasonal basis and horticulturalists must be flexible and adaptable to work in this environment.
