Natural Area hires personnel who have a range of backgrounds, skills and experiences. Roles are predominantly graduate positions working in the field or nursery with career progression to project management, environmental consulting and specialist field works available.
These programs aim to meet one of our mission statements: to share and train best practice natural area management. Our work experience and internship programs will introduce you to the environmental management industry by providing a hands-on learning experience. The program usually runs for at least 10 working days , and involves exposure to a number of our diverse business units; this includes field work, nursery work, seed collection and desktop project works.
